The location is the best. Rooms are okay. Complimentary breakfast is available and it is good but it is a bit late they will provide at 8.30 to 9.00 Overall, it is nice place to stay.

Such a worst experience we had with pagoda wood resort. No proper maintenance, no transportation facility, too costly but not worth the money. They didnt even provide the basic necessity water. Such wort experience.

One of the best resorts in this class ...since I have been to many hotels in yercaud...this is class apart ...to mention....barbeque...nice cozy sitting place in the nature, thatch ..nice star class bathrooms, what else for a carefree vacation.. kudos team pagoda. ..you are doing wonderful inspite of the location.

Worst experience I ever had, the service was very very bad. Even the basic facilities was not there. It took more than 10 requests to get a cup of water from them. Toilets were bad to the core most of the glasses were broken and literally the bathrooms were open. We didn't even get towels, mat, Tv till the end of 2 day stay. Don't try this.

Worst ever resort , such a scam they are 😡😡😡😡😡 very much irritated with their service, its an such a unsafe place they charge more price but they don't provide clean rooms, they say they have resturant but you will starve without food. …

Very bad maintenance of rooms. There wasn't proper water facility in the wood house. We had to call each and every time and inform that there is no water in the restrooms. Sometimes they weren't even responding to the call. Worst service.

Poor maintained rooms don't belive photos you find in the internet it's totally fake or it's was taken while at the opening time.Smelly rooms water problem nothing is good except morning complimentary breakfast
